The daughter is convinced that her mother is lactose intolerant. So, we’ve switched to plant milk coffee creamer. During our recent visit, she made a cake with plant based milk and butter… It was fabulous! She’s a baker extraordinaire!

Oh sweet!!! I worked with several people from Whitwell (that whole area) decades ago when I worked at Blue Cross. Funny to think about something so fancy in that area. It is beautiful up there though.
