Apparently not. I remembered at 10:15 last night I was supposed to call and see if I had to be here. Lol

Luckily for me, for the jurisdictions in which I’ve resided, the one day/one trial provision has been applied. Within a year, citizens may be summoned and spend one day in the jury pool or serve on one jury. I’ve spent a few days in jury pools but have always been excused by one attorney or the other. Prosecutors tend to view me as “let ye who is innocent cast the first stone,” and defense attorneys view me as “do the crime, do the time.”
