Drove to work through the deluge. Rain in sheets. Even the fastest windshield wipers couldn't clear the water. The roads were ponds and rivers. Luckily, I made it to work early and did not encounter fools in route. Now, the skies are overcast, but the precipitation has ceased.

I roast veggies more often than I bake cookies. A good oatmeal cookie, though...

But seriously, I love roasted veggies, it’s so much better than when I microwave them. How long and at what temperature and what do you put on them?

Looks like the big sleepover has to wait, little bit seems to have taken a backset of maybe the strep, has a 101 fever. That means no dirt cake, but I do have girl scout cookies!! Boom!

Usually 450, and till they look delicious. Usually 20 to 30 minutes or so. Olive oil, salt and pepper.

Thank you, I only had em at 400 last night, 450 would have been much better.
