I agree 100%. I think I've said it on here before, but I still remember the day I talked to my current boss about taking this job. He said he couldn't afford to pay me what I was currently making at my previous job, but he felt like he could make up for it in other ways. That statement has been true a 1000 times over.

There was an extra week between thanksgiving and Christmas this year. Normally 17 working days, this year there were 22 . There you ho.
