I hear ya. I have a set amount put into a savings account each check, and that's what my car payment comes out of. I don't really know it's happening.

Yep! Make car payments to yourself, not to a lender. When you need a new car, pay cash, and pay less!

Here's a tip - buy a vehicle you can own for 10+ years. When you pay it off, set aside the amount of your prior monthly payment into savings. When you are ready for another vehicle, you may have accumulated enough not to need a loan, or a very small one.

Made the trip to the Magnolia Bakery for breakfast this morning. After a couple of generations, they will close for good at 2pm today. It saddens me to see the loss of another independent place with a loyal patronage.

Morning everyone. Going to a Civil War reenactment this morning. This is my 2nd great grandfather's unit. I'm kinda excited to learn more about it
