Church was awesome. Had a kids ministry meeting after, we're doing the preschool class for June. Talk about filling that spot at the last second.

I've bought whole beef tenderloins, cooked a few whole, cut most into steaks. Using the scraps is fun - beef stroganoff, fajitas, w shallots in pastry for mini Wellingtons... the lasagna was particularly tasty.
