I put a lot of stuff in this thread, so I think its proper that I say this. I'm thankful for nothing but good news from my physical today. Turning 40 I was worried some things would be off, but everything was great, and I am thankful.

Yea I agree. I've cut down, and exercise regularly.

This is the first thing I check every time I get on VN. I wish I had found it sooner.

I eat it rarely, like once a month or so. We eat mostly chicken or turkey now.

Didn't know anything til she came to pick up the baby this morning. She's got to schedule a colonoscopy. Crohn's or ulcerative colitis are the two things they mentioned to her.
