Alabama opened a 34 point favorite against us last year in Tuscaloosa, and if my gambling degenerate memory serves correct it closed in the 35.5/36 range

Thanks. For some reason I didn't think we'd cracked the 30 pt margin in a long time. Trying to forget I guess

I actually we think make it under -32-5

Zero chance. Vegas may raise the points to cover the early betting. Lowering it would hurt their cause. Point spreads are there to entice bets to cover the amount of money (liability) they have from bets on the other side. It's a money game, nothing else.

The real question is when will be the next time we are as big of an underdog. I predict this will be the biggest underdog spread in UT history, past, present or future.

Yeah, sure. I am sure that there will be an even bigger spread against us for the Alabama game.

Lol I would take those odds considering we have Bama next.
Bama's overrated. Big time. UT will be able to put plenty of pressure on Tua, and I don't think Bama's D line has any chance to stop the UT offense. Bama's schedule difficulty is about to ramp up, big time. UT won't be their most difficult game over the next 4 games, but I predict Bama will go 2-2 over those games, with losses to Arkansas and UT.

I disagree. Last weekend was awful, I will never deny that. Everything went wrong. We will “Carry the Fight” tomorrow.

And I quote Clark W. Griswold

“Worse? How can they can any worse? We’re at the the threshold of Hell. We’re all in this together. We’re gonna press on and when Phil sticks his big ass down the down the chimney tonight he’s gonna find the jolliest bunch of assholes this side of the nurhouae.”

wouldn't be so sure. With the Bama game being in Knoxville, that's a 3-4 point swing for the Vols. Different then us giving probably 28ish to UGA on a nuetral and then adding in the home points for Georgia. I expect it to be in the 31 neighborhood. Could be wrong, but just my opinion.

Knowing Vol football, UT will actually play mistake free, play making, winning football this week and, because Georgia is just that much better, will still lose 😣

In addition to the backup QB coming in for the opposing team and having a Heisman day, what you posted is the most UT thing there is.
