keep the jerseys we have now and add orange on orange and white on orange for alternates

so alls we would have to do is get some orange pants and put them on every once and while

Did that article mention how hideous those uniforms were that Florida and Va Tech wore sometimes last year? They had two different colored shoulders and really looked bad. I think they were underarmor or something kinda new and hip like that. At least the Vols keep a pretty traditional and classic look. Those Gator jerseys looked like military uniforms for some futuristic army in a really bad sci-fi movie.

if you wanna see wht the black and orange is like, look at those horrible uniforms the baseball team has. i hate the black and orange.

big stripe, all orange and white. no black, unless its their shoes.

Since UT's official school colors are orange and powder blue, why not have a powder blue alternate? Or maybe throw some powder blue trim in there.

Thankfully UT will never have to deal with the single-sleeve look of Miami/Va Tech/Florida. Those are all Nike schools and basically got strong-armed into adopting them; in fact, nearly all Nike schools have been strong-armed into a new look. Michigan and Ohio State were supposed to (read: ordered to) and made relatively minor changes to avoid it.

UT essentially had the same thing happen before the 2002 season when Adidas "made suggestions" that were completely hideous.

I'd like to see an adoption back to the old century font (with the loopy R and everything) that used to be on the nameplates. I'm not a big fan of block and capital block.

Powder Blue isn't an "official football team" color.

The Powder Blue is only for the Lady's Teams.

That being said, the men's "official" colors are: Orange, White and Navy Blue. I heard that at a homecoming game one year. Some Cheerleader had a microphone before the game on the street, doing trivia, and said it was a little known fact that Navy Blue was also an official color of The University of Tennessee. Makes sense though, if you look at the Official Seal of the University, it has Blue in it.
