That's the most frustrating thing right now to me. It is what it is though, just sucks to watch. You got 2 SO and 2 FR, plus other freshmen coming in to help. Your not going to be a very good offensive football team without some type of O-Line depth, no matter the QB.

That was easily the most disappointing thing I saw today. I know the defense got knocked around, but our inability to get any sort of push up front and our complete lack of pass protection just stifled our offense.

The bright side is that all this playing time should pay dividends next year. We just have to weather it this year.

It's tough for coaches to play guys when they expected to redshirt them at the beginning of the year. I will say this though there is a lot of talent in that O-Line, but they still need another year of S&C and coaching before they can live up to it.

This is what confuses me about people wanting to throw Bray in the fire. We have no choice but to throw several of the OL into the fire, and we see how that is working out with them.

I dont see why everyone is so suprised. We knew we had a young inexperienced ol coming into this season.

As far as defense, why not line up Malik Jackson at DT "He seems bigger than Gerald" and install J. Smith at his DE spot and also Eric Gordon should be starting at the other CB spot opposite of Teague. Get your best athletes on the field no matter if freshman or not!

But with him at DT how will he cover a RB out of the backfield?

I think it is sorta to be expected. I don't see how this shocks anyone.

Not shocked....just very frustrated. Looking for progress and growth, hard to measure that right now. Actually, I think this team took a huge step backwards in perfromance and passion today.

Have you paid attention to the people on these boards? A lot were upset that we didn't upset Oregon and Florida. Common sense isn't a strong suit for many on here.

I sure hope so. Relying on a bunch of underclassmen in any scenario still scares the crap out of me.

The only thing I wanted to see out of this team this year was improvement from week to week. I think they regressed today.

When is GJ suppose to be back?

As young as we are, don't expect us to get too awful much better. I just don't see it. It's going to be 2012 before we start seeing the true fruits of Dooley's labors.

My bad. Since I'm going into coaching I see things different. I would be pissed about how we played today, but happy as hell to get the win as well.

I think the most frustrating thing for me was the D, & 3rd down on both sides. But, oh the D. It was like watching the Cubs. Talent, but no production. The way we played against past teams, & the guy we have running the D (Wilcox) by no means should lay an egg like this.
