The Big Orange Nation will be oh so proud to welcome a coach with such class and dignity. And to represent what we all stand for and believe in. Neyland, Fulmer, Summitt, Manning... Knight? :bad:

Well we had the nice young man from the south and that didn't work did it?

If it's just basketball, why not Bobby Knight. I understand he brings a little extracurricular activity and I don't care. We plain suck right now. He is successful and 99% of his players respect him.

Is anybody complaining about all the football players being out of hand? No, and I think it is because we anticipate a good season this year. Is there a different standard for basketball I don't know about.

Players in trouble is one problem BUT, the coach? Never acceptable!!!

You called that one.Knight is a great coach.I can't accept a person with such an anger problem and one that has no respect for anyone that has a question for him that he does not like.Woody and Geno will :bad: look like saints. :bad:

TN is a great institution and has had many admirable men and women represent the University. I think Bobby Knight will represent TN well. He is IMO a man of great integrity who is not a deciever, a drunk, or a womanizer like others who have held high positions at TN or maybe even like some who post against him on this board. Jesus got angry too and knocked over the tables of the money changers in the temple. Do you think he judges Bobby Knight as harshly as some posters do on this board. Judge not lest ye be judged. Knight may wear his anger on his sleave, but at least he doesn't have anything up his sleave. Besides, none of us are righteous of ourselves. our righteousness is as filthy rags. So everybody get off thier high horse and let's forgive our fellow sinners.

Would that be the same Manning who had to pay off Jamie Whited after he literally showed her his a$$?
