Three games now- GA, miss St, and now USCe, we fumble/turn over the ball on the final drive that would tie or put us ahead to win the game?! I hate it for those kids. They played hard today, didn't roll over, and we got horrible calls... Dang it's hard to digest this stuff every week!

If the long ball at the end would have been to CP, Z Ro or anyone but Hunter, I believe our guy comes down with it. Can you believe a 5'10" DB wrestled the ball away from a 6'4" WR? Playmakers make plays. JH is no playmaker. The NFL will find that out next year (hopefully). Z Ro looked more NFL ready than JH - and I hope he gets his shot.

If there is any such thing as luck or karma or whatever then we are in for some big things once this thing swings our way. Keep the faith (hire a coach).

its not luck. Byron Moore ans Justin Coleman are the worst starting def. backs that I have seen in 50 years of watching Vol Football. That SC TD on 3rd and 26 today is a good example. They both stood and watched while the SC guy jumped into the air- no play on the ball, and with him in the air at the 5, all they need to do is flip him on his head and he would have lost the ball. Instead they each give him a hug ( like you would yr sister or aunt, and let him proceed on into the endzone. That play made the diff in the game. There HAS to be somone on that team that can play a lick at def back. If needed, convert some of those flankers into def backs. There is no where to go but up. 27 and 3 have made ten times the mistakes it should take to bury themselves on the depth chart, yet they still start. WTF?

We can still finish at 7-5 and go bowling. Then we can play at a bowl & win (maybe) & then finish good at 8-5...sounds good. GBO whip they azz.

Definately can't blame Dooley for this one. I thought we looked good except f Three years is long enough to recruit and coach a few def backs. He has not done so, ie, I blame him- he draws 2.5 million /year to be in charge. The bucks stops with the HC. This was NOT the year to install the 3-4. This year is crucial in terms of job security- another bad decision by a bad coach, who is out of his depth in the SEC with Spurrier, Miles, Satan, etc.

Just speculating....our D is going to show up in force vs. Troy and the O will find another gear. Just have that feeling.

Our D-back are the worst can't cover, can't tackle. I know its a new defence, but wrap tacking is not a part learning a new D sceme. Put a helmet on them and wrap up. These coachs should stop playing players that are not producing.

Luck has nothing to do with it.
We're averaging 34.5 points a game.
A simple man to man defense would probably be 5-3 at this point.
Sal has these kids completely confused.
Good LB coach but doesn't have a clue on how to bring in a new system.

Well said sir our d-backs can't cover a bed with a blaket, and can't tackle jack look like popwerner.

For whatever reason we have had a ton of bad karma dumped on us over the last 5 years.
