I’m thrilled we have won 8 straight, some of which against bowl caliber teams. But for us to continue progress, we will need to beat - or at lest compete with - Georgia, Florida, and Alabama.

The players and potential recruits want to know where we stand. I love that Pruitt isn’t using moral victories in this equation. He wants to win and wants players that do too. I’m glad we get Georgia after a dominant win. To be the best, you have to beat the best.

This is our third measuring stick. The difference is what we're measuring against. I'm hoping to see us compete, and win or lose, look like we belong out there.
For the first time in a while we look well coached. No turnovers, few penalties, executing in the red zone. So it remains to be seen if we do this against a really good team. We all want to know if that’s the case.

I agree, we have played pretty sound so far. We have to keep getting better though, we can play better but I like the direction we are headed. Our kicking game for sure has to improve, our field goal kicker has kicked 2 horrible looking kicks in the last 2 games. They both looked like they were kicked by someone in the stands that has never did it. He kicked well last year, but whatever has happened with them 2 kicks has to be corrected, the looked horrid. Our kickoff guy also hit another one out of bounds late in the Missouri game, from where they kick today that should not happen very often at all. But I still have confidence in our kickers they have proven in the past they can get it done, but it is time to step up their game. I defense is going to have to bring their A game against Georgia and our O-Line play it's best game to date. If JG plays well and doesn't make bad decisions we can win. But we must play inspired hard nosed football across the board. GBO!!!!!!!
