Our crowd in Lexington, how Vol heavy will it be?...

My wife and I will be taking our son and daughter to their first game tomorrow night! We live in Lexington, so it was too hard to pass up, especially with how cheap tickets are. I would have preferred both of their first games being in TBA, but this will do! They have both been to Neyland, so they have got the Volnation experience once before.

It’s a huge range on tickets. $13-$15 seats in nose bleed. I did $196 ea for center court lower section and after fees was like $550. Oh well. This is for Thursday and me and my son have watched every game together this year.

There was a few around $390 each
This! I haven't bought my tickets yet I'm holding off until tonight, or maybe even tomorrow... but it's crazy how huge the range is. I really don't want to sit in their terrible rafters, but I also don't want to drop $500 on this 1st round game lol.

I'll buy tickets for Saturday assuming a Thursday win of course. I hope l'ville loses to open up even more tickets.

If it makes you feel any better I must have bought at a bad time cause I had to pay $300 per ticket for behind the basket about middle of the way up.

Oh and for those that have never been to Rupp before. A portion of the upper level is bench seating. Which I find to be miserable. So check those seats on a seating chart first.

Basically like TBA before they installed the box seats.

When TBA was built, it was basically a carbon copy of Rupp. Both have been through several renovations/improvements over the years, thankfully, but Rupp still has a large portion of bench seating in the upper level. Everything shaded in blue here is a chairback seat: 1742391726021.png

I remember sitting on the 3rd to last row of section 211 in that little section that angles back in I think 2002 when Slay was at UT. I could barely see if the ball was going in the basket, and that's when my eyes worked well!

We better show up. Will be a bunch of Louisville fans in town too, Maybe Auburn ..
I don’t think there will be a lot of Louisville fans at our session tomorrow. The majority will drive back to Louisville after their early game. Now if they beat Creighton they’ll have 3/4 of the arena on Saturday.
