I guess a fair question now is: with Tulane (the only other ranked Group of 5 team) losing to Memphis yesterday, is Boise State in regardless of how today’s game goes? It’s just as long as they win their conference championship game next week.

If Boise State loses they will drop. Tulane will drop as well. UNLV is still ranked, if they lose, then ALL the ranked teams from the G5 teams would have lost. Army had dropped out. Memphis was not ranked. That would make it interesting for sure.
I think the Army loss and the Tulane loss helped the Big 12 in terms of their conference champ being in the game. It is still a little up in the air for which G5 conference gets the bid.
