Orlando Brown is a baller

Brown and the rest of the OU OL will face a group of DL who were called out by CSS for their performance last week. Brown will have a long, difficult day.

I liked Brown a lot but after all the trash talk I hear he's been talking about UT... I hope he gets what he's asking for. 😈

Brown is terrible.

Slow feet, out of shape. He's a project playing way too early.

Out of necessity. Even one of the guys who covers OU said he is still a project when he was on the radio with Swain yesterday.
He does not get the baller designation until he manages the likes of Barnett for 4 quarters. If he gets managed by Barnett he's just another one of Derek's beyotches.

When I look at those we signed and parted ways with, I kind of wish we could have hung onto Brown, if only for the fact of who his Father was. Of course hindsight always beats foresight, especially in recruiting. And that happens every year.

Of course, if Barnett owns him Saturday, forget it.

The battle that I am really hoping for is Striker against whoever he lines up against. Brown isn't saying much, and seem to be respectful. Striker's mouth is writing checks I hope his butt can't cash.

Brown was a Jones commit in the 2014 signing class. Dooley was long gone. Get your facts straight.

Brown isnt saying much? Dude trashed UT. He said he "hates UT"

If you were signing with Tennessee and got let go, so would you. From what I have read, Brown hasn't said anything untoward. He is just being a competitor. Striker is another matter.

If he could have met SEC academic requirements he would be wearing Tennessee Orange tomorrow.

ROFL, yeah I'm sure all the criminals on Urban Meyers Florida teams had their heads in the books.

C'mon man, it's college football. If a guy can't get in then he either can't read/write, or he's not that good of a player.

They practically give players answers to tests.

What did Striker say other than he's tired of hearing abou the SEC?

I'm seriously asking b/c I haven't heard anything else that's worthy of such discussion

Paraphrasing, he said......

About the SEC- "Why are y'all always blowing gas up they ass."

About Hurd- "I've heard of him, he's a running back. He'll get tackled like a running back. I don't think there is anything special about him"

I don't get what the big deal is, but apparently it's the equivalent of shooting Smokey is the ass with a pellet gun to some.

well, if he said that about Hurd, I don't agree with that I dont think you should purposely rile up an opponent.

But Striker is an emotional guy and that comes with the territory

But the SEC comment is all fair game in my book

Or he player didn't meet the academic requirements to enroll. I guess that's just too difficult for you to understand

Was never going to qualify to get admitted to UT, and that is all on him. He was told what he had to do, and he took the low road and take his senior year seriously. He may have not had a single commitable offer from another SEC school, so it must have been weak when LSU and the Miss schools don't think they can admit you

So to sum up... Orlando is a baller because he's an unmotivated, out of shape freshman starting as a last resort because of no better option?

Bulletin board material is overrated in my opinion, but you know the press was baiting him. He's a young emotional guy with a big mouth. They knew if they pushed him, he'd give them something newsworthy. Bob also may have threatened to punish anyone that said anything positive about an SEC team. Lol

Yet the Vols have been quit . Goes to show that the team takes the coaches mentality
