Oh, so now they have to believe in Jesus. You didn't say that before. What if someone afflicted with ADHD is, I dunno, too distracted by the multitude of celestial beings that mankind has conjured to pick the right one?

I really don't know how I feel about this. I can understand both sides of the argument.

As a Christian, I take issue with it, solely on my beliefs---as a sinner, no way I go out like that. A big bag of coke, hookers, and a Porsche would be involved in my self inflicted suicide.

There was nothing beautiful about this. I don't care how you spin it. It was indeed tragic. Ofcourse I'm not one to ever give up.

It's not in me.

To be fair they are not judged and recieve passage. Just like everyone else who hasn't had the opportunity to know Christ.

I'm diagnosed with ADD. After debating and arguing with me for the better of two years now, do you really think I lack the self-awareness to both know of Christ and reject the notion itself?

You don't find it better that a person can choose to go peacefully with their family all around them instead of alone on their deathbeds in the middle of the night after needless suffering?

ADD does not equal ADHD. ( imo they both are a farce)

Yes you have to believe in Jesus to get into heaven. Fortunately for A LOT of people, I doubt they say no when standing at the pearly gates and Jesus is there, showing you his wounds, asking "do you believe"

Don't get me wrong. I'd like to die with a nose full of blow, a belly full of whisky, and a woman in my lap. Thing is, I'm the godless, lost soul.

Your inability to comprehend anything past your noise limits your understanding. NO ONE said death was beautiful. Sorry you don't understand that. The law is beautiful in that people can decide the time and place of their passing. It's always ugly. Dragging it out over days when it is certain is even uglier.

Sorry Hog, you are wrong. When brain tissue dies,it ain't coming back. If you have never witnessed dementia death you should go watch. There is no disease more cruel.

Did he really have a choice? If he didn't go through with it, then he doesn't fulfilll prophecy, thus pretty much unraveling the whole thing.

The fact that people are against this due to their religious predispositions are what is wrong with this country.

She chose to die peacefully and on her own terms. I admire that.
