The Ad chairs are to low. I've finally got to where I can build the proper chairs. Give it a week and I'll post pics of Tatters chairs.....when they're finally built.

nope...the wife's already planting the seeds for the MIL or FIL to move in if they need too

that was requirement for the house we bought, that it had a second bedroom room on the first floor, so they wouldn't have to climb any stairs when and if they move in
