As butthead just said….. they are genetic but because I’m staying in really good shape the bad one could not keep up. They have me scheduled for another ultrasound in September and are going to start getting rid of them. Fortunately I’m a good candidate for having them removed

Thanks shithead. I appreciate it. I’ve always believed what doesn’t kill you, doesn’t kill you. So onward I go. No looking back now. I don’t want to go that way anyway

So here’s the deal….. I got demoted to every other week because I said so things that I found out this week were a real breakthrough. This week I had to admit that I’ve been in a really good place for about 3 weeks now. Like a really good place. I feel better than I thought possible type place. The problem is I was struggling to believe it’s real. You don’t feel like I did for over a decade, lose your ****….get arrested…..and start therapy in March just to be all good by July. Well ….apparently you can. Apparently if you hit bottom and tell your therapist “**** it, what do you want to know” and poor everything out on the table…..you force yourself to deal with it. I was told yesterday that DrM is not surprised at my progress. She’s seen it once or twice before and I share a couple things in common with the others. First I really wanted to get better. 2nd radical honesty and 3rd (she thinking about a paper on this one) we all enjoy physical pain. She’s not sure why that’s important but we who have improved quickly share that in common. She asked if my original goal has changed…..she asked me the first day in the first minute what my goal was……I have no idea what I said…..so no my goal has not changed. I did tell her that there’s a lot of work that I still need to do but I think our next few visits will be on cruise control. She said I deserve that break after all the hard lifting.

Thanks to all who have thought about me and sent prayers.
Right now I’m better than I deserve

True story.

I passed on a kitchen renovation for one of my best clients as it was just too big a job for me to do now. They went with another contractor who I really like. He had a heart attack while doing their job. (He survived and ended up finishing the job. It’s beautiful). They called me to ask for help. I helped arrange the subs till the other guy could get going again. Yesterday that client called me and said “where were you when we called you for help?” I didn’t answer for a second and said “why?”

The police officer who arrested me in the meltdown didn’t cuff me and let me keep my phone. (Ya, I know him) he apparently told the client where I was when I took the call. The back seat of his squad car.

Hey slice, you piece of crap, got a question for you, it’s completely off the subject, but this is the zone.

Where is the Ark of the Covenant? (Cue Indiana Jones music).

You study a lot of the Jewish history, stories etc. so I figured you had a theory. I’ll tell you what I think later.

Honestly…..I think the people in Ethiopia who claim to have it…actually have it.



It disappears from history when king Solomon gives it to the Queen of Sheba to protect her on her return to her land

(1 kings CH 10)

That’s where the story goes cold.



Quick history lesson for those who don’t know….Described in the Bible as simply a Queen of the East, modern scholars believe she came from the Kingdom of Axum in Ethiopia, the Kingdom of Saba in Yemen, or both. Their main clue is that she brought bales of incense with her as a gift; frankincense only grows in these two areas. Both countries claim her as theirs.



Currently we are in this phase of history.

Jeremiah 3

And finally there’s the gift given to Messiah when he rules over all the lands. Oddly from the people of Ethiopia.

You can’t have an offering without the ark. It’s clear that no new ark will be made. When Messiah rules the sacrificial system returns ceremonial. And that offering is brought back to the mountain of the Lord by the people of Ethiopia….who just happen to claim to have the ark.

Good answer you waste of space.

I’ll tell you where I DON’T think it is ( just my opinion of course) I don’t think it’s on Oak Island, and I don’t think it’s in Ethiopia because one of the guardians (forget what they are called) at the Church supposedly admitted that what’s there isn’t the official Ark. Of course, there was also more than one Ark, so who knows?

One story I’m partial to is supposedly they were doing construction underground in Jerusalem and found a chamber they couldn’t get in. One of the workers claimed there was a glow coming from inside, but the military sealed it off. I do think it’s moved around a ton so honestly I go back and forth.

That was a long way of saying I have no clue, but always found it interesting.
