The sad thing is that PKT and I we’re having a conversation that I really was enjoying. We can disagree and it still be an enjoyable conversation. I posted a reminder to PKT of something from our past in that thread but I’m not continuing the conversation in there as I want nothing else to do with that guy.
I think that’s the end for me in there.

I was watching the new version of All Is Quiet on the Western Front recently and thinking about all the Jewish Germans who were getting blown up and shot for the Kaiser in WWI and then what happened a little less than 20 years later. I don't expect to ever understand how that happened.

My family name was changed to smith when my great great grandfather came here at the end of WW1 to escape the Hebrew hate that was just getting started there. Everyone else was eventually killed in the gas chambers. My 2 sons are all that’s left of that name.
