I've woke up with a "swimming" type headache every morning for the past week or so. It's a dizzy type feeling, like a hangover/still drunk type thing. Really weird. Hoping its a surgery hangover thing and the pain pill recreational activity and it wears off soon.

One of those things, if it's just what I hope it is I'll be fine. But you start having crap like this pushing 60 and you can worry yourself to death. I only took 4 maybe 5 pain pills over a 3 day period and they didn't seem all that strong anyway. I was having more fun talking about abusing them than I actually was.

By any chance, are you still off coffee post-op?

I had a surgery (one you’ll never have, lol) on a Monday, went home Tuesday, and was told no coffee. I had a crushing headache by Thursday, was on the phone to the surgeon Friday morning listening to hold music, and suddenly: duh, caffeine withdrawal headache.

When I was still living in Memphis we had a bunch of people over before a Tennessee game, ordering up a big BBQ spread. When we got back that night all hammered I ate the leftovers that had been sitting out all day and night, including the potato salad. That was a dumbass move.

My roommate's story quoting the dialog between my Girlfriend and me the next day would have people in pain laughing. It involved medicine prescribed for her 4 year old daughter.
