I got down to 195. The cardiologist told me to gain 10 so I did. The next year she said she thought I’d do better with 10 more so I’m 215 and have been for a bit. This past week she said everything looks great and stay at 215. I feel over weight but apparently I’m not. She also said I don’t have to come back for 2 years so that’s cool.6’2” with muscles from your job; you’re not overweight.
