It can be unless you hit your window frame and quickly realize there was undiagnosed rot in the sill/jamb.

Had to put our cat to sleep today. So we’re down to 4 dogs and 2 cats that aren’t really ours.

Chugging along, dealing with elderly moms and cat. Went to Cuba for a week in January, which was fantastic. We are temporarily between home improvement projects, which is a wonderful break, although I’m catching myself staring out the windows at the disaster area known as the backyard.

Good all the time! Truly blessed no matter what mess I'm looking at, but I sure do understand what you are going through! I worked on a previous house from 98 to 2013. Loved it once it was finished, then moved out! I ain't got good sen sense...
