-we don’t believe double blind studies that passed peer review.
-here’s a qualifying study that is completely botched with bad methodology and mathematical errors but the headline claims a result the study wasn’t looking at so we believe that.

Unfortunately no. That was my top choice, but I would not have been able to look at it until June 1st, and not move in until July 1st. So this will be an adjustment.

But it is a great location though, quick walk/bike to the water. And quite a bit less. Less than what my increased rent in Miami was going to be.
