Orange Jerseys at away games??

Because a few years ago after Spurrier pulled that trick, LSU had the white declared as their "home" uniform by the SECOND.

What is the SECOND? So if that's the case is purple their road uniforms?

The SEC,sorry, I'm on the blackberry and it automatically changes "SEC" to "second" and I forget to delete it.

The white is designated as both home and away for LSU

I would like to wear home/home for big out of conference games...

I'd be perfectly fine with UCLA wearing blue in Neyland this year, for example.

I hope a lot of the ballgames i shoot this year have home/home uniforms. I wish UCLA would wear the blue out here...

there is a lot to agree with here. I really dont care what happens, but the orange more often would be nice.

Personally, i think on the away games where we do have to wear the white jerseys, at least put on some orange pants. It gives more color out there for me to watch. the all white is just too plain for me...

do you guys think any teams will consistently say no about teams wearing home jerseys at their school? Say if florida declined for us to wear them, you know we'd turn them down the next year. I honestly think that as long as the conference approves it how many teams will say no

hopefully this wont happen. here, the coaches need to show some sportsmanship here. they have the opportunity to really make the game memorable in a new kind of way. lets hope it happens.

For me, I dont care who comes here to Neyland, wear your home jerseys! (as long as your not clemson)

How did the corndog crew become so powerful that they could dictate to the SECOND what damn color uniforms they would be wearing when they decided to let everybody know? Next thing ya know they will be wearing different colors for every position and telling everybody to go to hell. :p

LSU actually wears their purple jerseys for a few home non-conference games a year. I was told by an LSU fan they wear white at home for the first home game, regardless of if it's an SEC team or not, and then all home SEC games. The other home non-conference they will wear purple because the players wanted to wear the purples more a few years ago and not mess with tradition too much.

In 2004 when they opened the season with Oregon St. at home, they wore purple.

And I thought Spurrier didn't have a problem with wearing the blue jerseys at LSU as long as LSU returned the favor and wore purple at Florida. I thought Vandy was the only team to outright refuse to wear their dark jerseys.
