Pruitt is maybe a little spoiled. Bama fills the stadium every year and Ga too. JG looked pretty good today. I really like Chandler and Jordan. They seem to hit the hole well. There was also some good blocking on the edge today. I was hoping to see some 2 back formations today. A lead blocker would really open up some good stuff. Cautiously optimistic for this year.

The field is a Knoxville thing. My grass looks amazing right now too. Then the summer beats down and it dries out regardless of how much I water it.

Also, here was my view. I think the large reserved block of seats were for recruits or VIPs. They slowly filled up too.

Replace it why?

Over the past decade or so they've ripped it up after Spring practice and will re-sod it before the season.

The original grass field was sprigged and it lasted 5-6 seasons before they re-sprigged it. But they've gone to sod recently.

Not sure what the whining is about... that looks like yuge turnout.

My impression too. I was there sitting with my student sons. We estimated the lower bowl at about 80% capacity at kickoff. Lots of people baled out by half time, but at kick, it was a decent crowd.
