This interview was fairly interesting. This guy used to be a Ballard associate, long before OUR.
He said it is his understanding that the church apostle Elder Ballard is the one who referred the psychic to Tim Ballard, which is a reality any faithful Mormon would have a hard time confronting. I don't know if he has his story straight, though. Tim Ballard could just tell you that and it's not true. He is a liar, LOL. In fact, if that is something he lied about, that's exactly the kind of thing you would get excommunicated for (which he did get X'd).
The most interesting part of this interview....I didn't know the details about the lady they made into the movie villain, Kelly Suarez. This guy says they invited her to a party on a boat and told her they would pay her to bring girls. I knew this was their MO to create the demand, but what I didn't know was who she was or her side of this story. She says it wasn't clear to her the purpose was trafficking, and guess what, they didn't convict her of trafficking at all, let alone the trafficking of children. They got here on lesser pimping charges, one regarding minors. She says everybody at the party was an adult. I can't find any evidence to support the state's case. It appears no minors were actually harmed. And this lady is the basis for the movie. The movie depicted her operating a compound where she kept kids prisoner as sex slaves, FFS. Whatever the real story is, we know it's not even close to that...and this is his supervillain for the movie.
When it looked like she might get off altogether, Ballard couldn't have that happen. This guy claimed Ballard put a lot of pressure on the Columbian government to get her.
As soon as she was found guilty of the lesser, non-trafficking charges, Ballard goes on his pod and calls her a "convicted pedophile."
