Are you really that stupid? Do you think there was someone taking "official attendance" at the practice?

Look at the above pic by JRVFL.

This is just the lower portion of the West sideline:

Section R is about 20-25% full. Section S is may 50% full. Sections U & T are reserved. Section V is about 60% full and Section W is considerably less than section V. If the entire West sideline was jammed packed you're looking at about 20K people.

No one is being a troll. Most people know UT is going to announce inflated numbers for recruiting purposes. Come tomorrow the 40K number will be printed and so it is. Even the guy filming the periscope vid joked that UT would announce 85K in attendance and right on queue someone chimed in that there wasn't 85K there...no SH&T!

That picture was taken about 30 minutes before start. When practice started that view was pretty much full. With the end zones and east side about a third full.

BTW, can we get a scholarship fund set up where $1 is contributed every time the word troll is used in this thread? We can pay for some kids education in just one night.

Thanks to everyone for the info... Was there a thread for the 9am practice? I don't see it and been busy all day... Trying to catch up

Can't remember LG
Kerbyson was at LT.
Worth noting that Kerbyson moves much better and kept Maggitt from the QB during drills which is proving to me.

Jack Jones and Kendrick were out.
Thomas got owned the one time I saw him go against Barnett.
Chance Hall had some good reps at LT.
I was sitting in with the one of 119 crew and had a good view of DL / OL battles. Future looks bright for the DL. I think Tuttle, McKenzie, and Phillips contribute significantly this year. Don't sleep on Vereen, he looked solid in drills as well.
