Open Container Law in TN

I've never understood the Tennessee law of having to sell beer and liquor under different roofs. Has the boilermaker never been introduced to the Volunteer state?

All of your check cashing needs can also be accommodated in our local booze markets.

Almost as bad as the local booze laws here. You can buy bottled all day long, but draft is outlawed.........wtf

There's a drive thru store near Chapman. I think it's on John Sevier. Do they have booze? Saw it driving by the other day. Plenty of coolers but didn't see if they had beer. It's literally a drive through with a carport looking structure you drive into. Coolers and chips, etc. on either side of the car.

There is a liqour store down the road from me that close their doors at 10 and open up the party window till 3am. Horrible though when you get newbs ahead of you that don't know what they want.

They had those all over the part of Texas I used to live in. Beer barns. Drive in, pop the trunk, tell 'em what you want and they load it.
