I understand that you will still lag, but I guarantee I have a better connection on COD than he does if that's what he is running. It's noticeably better on my end.

I used to have DSL, so I know.

DSL is a whole other ballgame, he has cable and if he is at 5mbps down and 1 mbps up, you wont notice any difference at all if he went to 20 mbps down and 5 up. The only time you will notice any difference is if you have additional traffic on your network or if you are using PS3 because we all know PS3 sucks and XBOX is King.

The initial time that pops up isn't always correct. Sometimes it gets faster & sometimes slower.

No you can share it. Taking me 400 min. to download ncaa. Makes me angry I live 1 mile from a comcast office and I only have 7 download and 5 upload.
