Sorry if anyone has already posted this, but why isnt oneal getting more snaps. I heard during the preseason the reason oneal wasnt playing is because he couldnt catch the football. Well is it just me or has rogers not dropped balls all year? Maybe I just wrong but i rather have possible speed than well nothing out there in rogers. It is bama week though so go big orange no matter who out there and give us fans reason 2 still hope for a date in atlanta in early december:rock:

I'm not sure it would be wise to switch the receivers the week before the Bama game.

If Austin Rogers is slow, I'm the king of France.

Like Coach Taylor said Everyone has drop balls, but Rodgers at least KNOWS the playbook better than O'Neal.

Yeah didnt Austin Rogers run like a 4.4 or something?

Everyone assumes he's slow b/c he's white.

I'm ready to see a little more action from O'Neal. Obviously, I do not see him at practice on a daily basis. However, if he knows the playbook good enough, I would love to see O'Neal out there for something other than a WR reverse. Briscoe has done fine, but slap him in the #3 WR spot for a series or two. Maybe replace Rodgers for a series possibly. O'Neal is just as quick, if not quicker than Rogers.

And O'Neal has one thing going for him this year unlike Rogers...NO DROPS:pardon:

Rogers? We need to replace Briscoe first. Briscoe is flat out terrible. Lets get Moore and O'Neil in there for some actin.

If O'Neal could play he would. Out of all of our coaches Taylor is the one that will play the players that need to be on the field regardless of senority or loyalty. Rogers has played well except for a couple of high profile drops but he doesn't run routes wrong which lead to interceptions. He is tough, fast, and knows what he is doing. He is still Young and will figure the position out. If the other recievers were playing, Ainge's stats would be a lot worse because the receivers wouldn't be in position. They might not drop it, but the interceptions would be their fault.

O'neal screws up and doesn't know the formations....I remember one game where Ainge had to stomp his foot twice and then yell at him to go into motion......just Freshman mistakes taking him out of the mix!!

He couldn't outrun a Cal linebacker. He isn't all that fast.

That's what I've been wondering since that game. It appears he doesn't have football speed if that makes any sense. He looks very tentative in games.

I hate it that Kenny O'neal is apparently not going to contribute this season. I was expecting huge things from him. The hype in the preseason got my expectations up.
