is that UT fans will never be happy. No matter what!

If you dont like this guy, you are a fool

If you like this guy, you are a fool

Lifes not fair. We should win every game

We should never lose to anyone

We should win the NC every year

We should never have to feel sad or mad. We should never feel pain

We should all be wealthy

Damn **** gets old quick

Crap!!

Whine, cry, *****, repeat!

I'm not happy with losing, but our program was turned to dust between 2008 and 2010.

You have no choice but to be patient. It takes time to rebuild. It was like a self-imposed Death Penalty with the way the roster was bombed

Damn I hate impatient people

Agreed!! Most people on here lack the intelligence to know this takes time. Injuries killed our chances to get anything going. Next year we will for once in a long time have depth. Yes I said depth. Please vol fans give our coach time support our team because they feel betrayed by this fan base.

Wow.

You equate all of that to people exploding after Dooley (in his 2nd year and mountains of excuses) loses to a terrible Kentucky team?

You think losing to Kentucky was excusable? Cut the hyperbole and answer the question.

Its all a part of the immediate gratification generation. If it isnt going the way you want then ctrl-alt-del and start again. No need to wait. I want what they have right now. Patients is for losers and while you wait the game is passing you by.

One day when they get some time under their belt they'll begin to understand

absolute nonsense post. equating people that realize dooley is a pure failure to people that just complain about anything shows you don't understand anything.

I would almost bet money

Most people that constantly ***** and whine do it about everything and rarely realize it because its normal behavior to them

The Dooley bashing will not stop until the ball is kicked off against North Carolina State.

Dooley will pull in a top 15 class. Good for him.

The real questions, though:

*Can we run better than a low-level high school team next year?
*Will attitude problems be fixed this offseason?
*Can our offensive line actually grow a pair and use their huge damn size next year?
*Will we be healthy?
*Will any morons do something to get kicked off the team in the offseason?
*Can Bray use his moxie and arm strength to become a more intelligent quarterback?

I don't really feel too good about the above questions.

I think our running game is better, but more or less along the lines of a top 60 running attack.

Passing game will be fine.

Defensive line is a HUGE question mark.

Defensive backs should be a strength.

Linebackers are young again, but after this year, we should be okay there.

Your right. And you know what if Joe Smoe took over this job after Kiffin and Fulmer we would be talking about getting rid of him now. Nobody wanted to take this mess. People just do not get it. Dooley is the right guy for this. If we fire him and he was to go to Georgia one day. We will regret it.

Actually, I believe a poll was conducted and it ain't us youngins complaining. I like Dooley and maybe that says something, but I don't care. What would be interesting is to see one of those complaining go out and coach the team themselves. It's okay to offer constructive criticism and get upset over how things went, but good god there were nothing but negative posts after Kentucky. Do we need a dozen threads calling for Dooley's head? If you are pissed, fine, but go on VN and whine about it? It's like yelling at someone from inside your car, with the window rolled up.

It's going to be a long off season, that's not going to stop anytime soon

Actually, the Dooley bashing has just started in earnest and it's not going to die down unless he wins a good number of games next season. Dooley lost a considerable amount of the fanbase yesterday.

What is built overnight, can be destroyed overnight. What is built slowly will stay strong a long time. When Dickey left here he had built a powerhouse, we hired Bill Battle (a bad coach with a connection to an Alabama great coach) but we the first few years we still won.

If Dooley builds like Dickey did, we will again be strong...I hope ... I hope ... I hope

That's not the fans job to coach. If you're gonna be a coach, lawyer, doctor, dentist, etc. then do the damn job right. Everyone can get criticized of their job if it's not being done correctly. What is it that fans do? They're happy when things are going good and they are angry when things are going down the shi**er, which they clearly are.

I hate to disagree, guys, but the train wreck that is UT football will not be solved with patience or allowing Dooley more time. Look at it this way. After 2 full years, 25 games with Dooley at the helm, can the OL create holes for the RBs? No. Do the players on D possess sound tackling skills? No. Is the kicking game, which Gen. Neyland preached was the key to winning, a strength of this team? No. Can Dooley fire up a team to win the big games? No. Does he now have the trust and confidence of the players? No.

Has UT football improved in the least way during Dooley's tenure as coach? No.

actually the front 7 on D has improved a great deal. what a shock no injuries. O-line needs major work I agree, but they are not a lost cause.
