USARPAC G2 in those days, from 99-02 was in the 500th MI Group (later it became a brigade), HQ in Japan. Know most of the CI/HUMINTers in the Pacific. Well, I did, I retired in 08.

True story. Spring of 83, was buying supplies for annual Army ROTC blast, specifically the ingredients for the grog bowl. As I was leaving the liquor store on the strip a bum came up, picked up the bottle of MD 20/20 and said "Even I don't drink that crap!"

Sounds like most of my career...stomping around in the Pacific with a few sw asia tours sprinkled in. What do you do now? You contract at all?

No, I thought about it, but decided on the quiet life. I manage a security program for a vaccine manufacturer in Pennsylvania.
