Losing sucks.

It would feel so good just to win a genuinely big game again--to beat Alabama or Florida or someone highly ranked.

I will pull for the Vols until the day I die if they never win another game. But I really HATE losing.

I used to hate losing A LOT more, to the point where I was mad for awhile after a loss....the last 5 years or so though it doesn't bother me as much.....but yes, I hate losing

I felt like somebody shot my dog Saturday afternoon.
I explained it to my grandfather-in-law, that this feeling must be what a crack head feels when he/she gets so high (when I thought we won) then comes crashing down when the buzz is gone (when I realized we lost)
Should have used a five hour energy instead.
At least we didn't lose to a terrible Colorado team ;)

I am the same way...we are either growing up or growing numb! I prefer to think it is the former. :)

when I stop taking losses so hard and quit caring, I will quit watching football. Tennessee football is so much more to me than just a game. People don't get that.

I HATE losing more than I love winning, if that makes any sense. :furious3:

The only thing that made Saturday worth while is knowing that Lane Kiffin will piss away all that top talent at SC.

Where are the fools who swore he would win a NC while at SC?

Saban and Dooley have agreed to not keep score during the game. It will only be about progress or lack there of.

if you don't enjoy the process of rebuilding and watching young players developed, then you really are screwed.

I've always thought the clap and watch film jokes were immature, unintelligent, and unoriginal. But wow...

The way you tell it just makes it seem so much more childish, unintelligent, and even less orignal than it's ever been before.

Even my 6 month old daughter took the loss hard. She was not interested in playing with her toys while taking a bath after the game. She is truly her daddy's girl.
