He's the only one that believes in that system. Might as well take that system to the grave with him at this point.

Well, on the bright side, with all the older players leaving CBJ can talk about how young we are again.

A no good S&C coach has killed this team. Never should be made that change. We look slower and weaker at all positions

sure hope you're right, but it could get worse, but who knows this could be a boost in the way the team plays...don't know...we'll see...on the field...:salute:

I was told not much has changed as we promoted from within. I agree, we need to bring someone in from the outside. We got to have a new OC, and butch needs to give him complete control to run his system be it spread or (please) pro style. Debord has tried to run CBJ system, and he has no clue how to run it. And a full-time QB coach.

Whoever is in charge of Special teams sucks, we have a penalty on every punt or kick.

Butch will have at least one more year to get it right, we don't even have anyone who could hire a coach as both Hart and Cheek are lame duck, and they aren't pulling trucks.
