It would be sweet if CLK dialed up a similar play right out of the gate and JC executes it to perfection! UA might not see it coming so we hit them in the mouth and WE set the tempo of the game!!

I was at that game my junior year at UT. Our seats were in the endzone that Kent was running toward. Felt like it took him 5 minutes to get there! lol We were all so pumped up. That game was awesome.

Oh man. I was one week away from a 6 month deployment in the Navy. Flew home from Seattle to see this one as a going away gift to myself. Priceless.

I remember that play like it was yesterday... I was in Vegas at the Hilton Sports Book. I had my Orange on and went in to find the only seat in the place was alongside 6 guys with Bammer Jerseys... The ribbing I took until that play was merciless. Manning quieted them and put them in their place.. The rest of the evening went very, very well without any Bammer stupidity.

I was at that game in Birmingham, one of my favorite games I've ever attended. :rock:

man thats great. i was four at the time, so its one of those things where i remember watching that game, but also remember wondering why i was watching and being bored except when they scored touchdowns ha. never the less, good times.

My favorite was Jonathon Jones of Mumford Tennessee sticking a stake in Bama's heart in the 1983 game. But he is one of my all time favorite Vols!
