Undrafted usually means practice squad. Yeah there are a few that make it like Coleman with NE but those are rare and he's a nickelback.

Damn I must be getting old! When did 6'3, 230lbs become 'undersized' for an OLB? I remember when that was considered prototype!

Clay Matthews, by way of example, is apparently 6'3" 255. In my opinion, the linebacking position may be the biggest difference from college football to the NFL. NFL linebackers are a lot bigger, and just as fast. Kind of awe-inspiring/scary, to be honest.
