After taking the high road in the post game press conference when questioned about Fulmer's job security, Spurrier said this in Sunday's teleconference:

“The Tennessee band was there last night, weren’t they? I’m used to hearing ‘Rocky Top’ about 10 times. Did they play it at all? I can’t remember any of it,” Spurrier said Sunday. “Usually you hear that song — maybe they only play it after they score, I don’t know. Their crowd was very quiet last night.”

the wonderful thing about being a vol is that we know other teams can beat us...if we are down. it takes a good year for the cocks and a horrible year for us for the cocks to win. other than that i wouldnt trade teams with you ina million years. ten years from now we will ahve beaten you 9 or 8 out of ten games...promise.

The way the Cock crowd was reacting on saturday night, you would have thought they were winning the championship game.
Was kinda sad.
