So to most of you thick headed, dim witted, dolts that I’ve been arguing with on here solid for two weeks straight.

I’ve never seen this place come together and unite in such a solid cohesive manner and speak with one resonating singular voice. ❤️❤️❤️😘

It's like Thanksgiving dinner every day on Volnation. We all come from the same family but we have different beliefs, values, etc. We bicker and argue and sometimes act like we don't like each other.... but I'll be damned.. if someone messes with any of the family, all of a sudden everyone is united and ready to fight. At the end of the day, you don't mess with family, and that's what we are.

I've never seen anything like what we did today. Vols may be the craziest fanbase ever, but we're dangerous when we stand together.

Imagine what we can do with a winner.

Well apparently on the penn state forums we are all knuckle dragging hicks with no teeth because we don’t want a coach even remotely connected to Jerry Sandusky.

Oh. And Joe Paterno and the whole penn state crew got a raw deal. Good guys. Just misunderstood.

Helluva fan base up there in Happy Valley.

I’m thankful that we drove off the Schiano deal. But I’m terrified at the fate of our program. Currie is surely to be fired or his job certainly in question, which complicated hiring a coach. I feel the moves that need to be made won’t get done. Such as a Fulmer or a Blackburn move to be AD, and removing Haslam from power. I’m terrified that our once great program may never recover.

Then get mad and hold Currie and Haslam accountable. Do it on Twitter or Facebook. Do it over the phone or with a letter. Do it in the street. We held the powers that be accountable today. Keep it going!

Now, who's going to fire him? You people really think he made his choice of hires in a vacuum? You don't think the president, chancellor, Fulmer, and the Haslams were consulted before that MOU was laid in front of Schiano?

The outcry from the press and public perception killed the deal. Oh well, let's see what we get now. I doubt the outcome will make you guys too happy in the end.

I think holding Haslam accountable is an excellent idea! Next time he wants to donate $50 mil to the university, we should just say thanks, but no thanks. We'll just get up a little fund on VN to cover it instead.

We could kick Bill Haslam out of office.

I don't give a rats AZZ what the rest of the nation thinks! I am proud of the stand Volnation took. The tweets, emails, phone calls, the gate 21 protest...everyone should be proud of one thing for sure as a Vol.... We were heard.

I guess I should thank the VolNation for clearing the way for Coach Mark McHake to be hired.

Thank you very much. Trust me. You won't won't be sorry if you can also help get Coach Mark McHale hired.

The idiots SHOULD HAVE gauged media and public perception BEFORE going all in on Schiano. That was a MAJOR screw up on their part.

Man I am spent this morning. Slept for **** I was so mad. Still so proud of this maniacal fan base though. It was 100% the right outcome. Protect the integrity of our university and alma mater.

It's a matter of morals. Schiano could go 12-0 next year but you still get his baggage. The child abuse scandal involvement, he's a complete bully and a-hole to players, leaking personal info about his players in the past. He's not a good coach and not a good person.

Sandusky wasn't that bad a guy. He was just an adult with boundary issues.
