I think we do not need Sunseri, we have dooley who worked under saban and hart come from alabama, we just do not need another bama connection.

He may be a good recuiter, but has he ever had a defensive cord. position?

We can get better, if we open the checkbook.

We have mole on our staff or within the department maybe that mole is gone, but with all this bama connection it will only bite us in the end.

He may come here and do good but in the long run, we will regret it, this is just my opinion.

If he is hired, i think the blame will be oni hart for not giving more money for a bigger hire, they has to be someone in the nfl or on another coaching college staff that has been a cord. that would take the job if we offer enough money.

HECK IF WE ARE GOING TO GET ALL THESE BAMA CONNECTIONS, I GUESS WE SHOULD JUST THROW THE BANK AT SABAN NEXT!

He is the mastermind behind it all, his former coaches are not doing do well if you look around. He has had turnover on his staffs, but he keeps winning no matter what.

Hiring everybody from Bama isn't going to make us Bama. Plus, they're not used to giving up and making excuses, so it will be a shock.

coaches are all about money, not loyalty.enough money and CS would leave the turds faster than you can say scat.

I'm sure the coaches discuss who they plan on hiring with the players. I know my boss consults me b4 any decision he makes. Nothing like getting the hired helps input and then telling them on the sly who you will get b4 you do. That's the way its taught in business school 101.

I've been reading these threads about coaches since it was announced that Wilcox left. Seems to me that alot of people think no one wants the DC job which I find extremely hard to believe. Who cares what shape the program is in if you have the chance to make a million per year for the next 2 or 3 years. Who wouldn't take that job if it was more than you were currently making unless you had a lifetime appointment at a program and very few coaches can claim that. Everyone that thinks no one wants this job need only look at it that way.

But he is most likely staying at bama, and using us like so many others have for a pay raise right?

Don't know if this is accurate or not but it would certainly point to the futility of the weeping and gnashing of teeth playing out on this message board.

Skeeter made sense this morning saying they talked to guage interest and inquire what Shannon was looking for but nothing more. That makes sense to me.

They quickly realized nothing was going to happen and it was Sunseri's job if he wanted it.
