What are our chances of beating Ole Miss Next Year? My friend is a Ole Miss fan and he is always talking trash. I hope Tennessee runs the score up on them!

I know alot of people are expecting big things from them. They got instant respect for beating UF last year and have all that talent that Coach O left... OTOH, Nutt is a plainly second tier coach. I believe talent will make it tough but UT's staff should completely outclass Nutt and gang.

If we win that game, a 9-10 win season is around the corner

I love how everyone thinks Ole Miss is a great team because they beat Florida. I guess everyone forgets Ole Miss got beat by Vandy. In our game this year I fully expect Houston Nutt to get out coached like he usually does.

Nothing about Ole Miss to be scared about. Who do ya think is the only SEC west team to not make it to Atlanta? That's right, the Rebs. And, as has been stated, H Nutt is the coach. I also have some friends that work for the supply house I buy from that are died in the wool Rebel fans. They are young, early thirties, and even they have enough sense to take a wait and see approach.

You guys are living in some weird parallel universe if you don't think Ole Siss isn't going to be tough. They have just about everybody back and another year under Nutt's belt. Nutt is a dang good "on-the-field" coach. Don't get too cocky. They are the darkhorse to win the West this year.

Yeah, maybe they can have another signature win and kick the hell out of Bama. I'm picking Ole Piss to play the Gators in Atlanta.

Those of you discounting Ole Miss are clueless. They will have one of the most explosive offenses in the SEC next season and their defense is very stout. These are Orgeron's boys.

They are good but not top ten. And no one put them there until they beat an overrated Texas Tech team. This is a team that went 8-4 and lost to Vanderbilt. And then lost their best defensive player.

LSU...I would say that their absolute beating of Georgia Tech was more impressive than the Cotton Bowl. And then they add the #2 recruiting class in the nation. #2 QB, #1 WR, etc...

I agree. Bama is a better team, but Ole Miss has a very good returning QB with plenty of weapons. D is good. They will be able to put up a ton of points...not a good match up for us. We will not be able to out score them.

Ole Miss has a lot of talent right now, But give nutt a few years and it will be gone, He is a poor recruiter!

I thought Tennessee's D was the strong suit.
