Ole Miss/Tennessee blast from the past

That was a good rivalry pre-divisions. Growing up in Memphis with my best friends being Ole Miss fans, the only team I disliked more was Bama.

I was at the Vols 1st win in Jackson with all Ole Miss fans. I said nothing after the game for fear I would be left in that hellhole.

Right at the top! That Linebacker 3'sum for me was the best we ever had as a unit.
Hate to say it, but that Ole Miss QB wasn't too bad. Was this the "Archie Who" game? I was at a meeting in Corinth MS at the time, during our first break when the score was announced, well it was a hard afternoon for us TN guys.

The Ole Miss students kept a mule on campus all week and they were out for blood for the comments that Steve Kiner made.
