Had the refs. Called the game by the rules, Santa Clara won the game in regulation.

Sad day.

Our son went to West Point. His story. WP would host politicians and special guests during meals. One day a senator was introduced and the corps made a polite clapping welcome gesture while seated. There may have been another guest. Then they introduced Chuck Norris. He said the Cadets went crazy, jumping up on the tables, food going everywhere, yelling, screaming, shouting his name. I have always wondered what that senator must have thought. RIP.

That’s a funny story, although the cadets may have gotten in trouble for that one. My dad, uncle and cousin are West Point graduates.
