That’s the reason why it should be banned. Either allow the players to be on the sideline or make them change their court.
I still disagree. There is no advantage gained by the benches being on end. It’s just different.
From a players safety standpoint I like the extra space. It allows them to play harder near the out of bounds lines.

It makes subbing A LOT harder from a coach’s perspective. You have to try and turn all the way to the baseline to signal who you want to get into the game whenever normal setups just allow you to turn around and tell whoever you want to go in. Quite literally the stupidest setup you could have other than storing your bench in the rafters and lowering them down/lifting them up using a pulley system. Couldn’t disagree more on this and the fact you are in favor of anything Vanderbilt is appalling to me.

Both teams have the same issues. And I stated except for the bench placement.

The fact that you dislike it, is enough for me.
