O wore FRCs when in the petrochemical plants. Not uncomfortable until you thought about why you were wearing them. We had a fellow employee, different department, that had his life saved by FRCs. Still got flashed really bad. Spent months in a burn center. Be careful out there.

Yeah, I'm more careful than folks think. Like a cat on a hot tin roof. I'm a civil engineer...apparently electricity acts the opposite of water.....not logical, BUT, when im at a plant, or somewhat dangerous location....I don't touch a damn thing except the ground.

I will say, my company makes damn sure safety is first. And I sincerely appreciate that. The FR clothes aren't bad, but when you put it on, it's a reminder.

Totally dig it. Tomorrow, I am going to an energized subsation. I cannot wear metal...no belt buckle, no watch, take the class ring off. Also have to wear flame resistant clothing. In blue font....can't wait.
