OldTimer’s Dugout - Off Topic Thread

Interesting, going. By your post history of skanks I figured Kendall Jenner would be right up your alley...with all due respect...
"Digital Lust" offers a MUCH wider array of "interest" rather than "Real Life (*WAY back in the day) Cocksmanship"...

How much snow you got? About 5 inches here and still pounding down outside..
Probably 2+
We were only supposed to get a dusting.
I talked to my driver at around 4:00, he made it in, only to be sent home around 4:30.
He lives up your way and messaged me when he got home, said he has several inches!

said he has several inches!

That’s nothing to be bragging about. 😶

today is the kind of days I look forward to!
Gonna do nothing but watch some good movies.
I’m currently watching “The bridge on the river Kwai”, with “Dr No” on deck.
I’m taking suggestions.
I’m thinking maybe Star Wars with my boys, when they crawl out of bed.
Mandolorian would be a solid choice for the kids!

Pond Hockey.

OB, I owe you an apology for that last comment. I just finished watching Guardians of the Galaxy first time. Greatest soundtrack EVAR! I’ve certainly been sheltered the last twelve years…
Oh man that’s one of the best trilogies I’ve ever seen. James Gunn knows how to make a freaking movie. Volume 2 had me in tears at the end. Crazy to say that about a superhero movie but that one and Avengers Endgame I was boo hooing at the end.

GOTG is the most fun and imo, probably the best movie Marvel has made.
I still say Infinity War is the best and Endgame has the best and most epic scenes. No movie will ever have a theater leave it in complete silence like Infinity War and no movie will ever leave one roaring like Endgame the way I experienced it. A culmination of 10 years of great storytelling and great character development paying off on the big screen. It was like going to a dang sporting event for me. Felt that a little bit with Spider-Man: No Way Home but that was largely due to nostalgia and I will always be biased towards Spidey. But Guardians is definitely top 5 for me. I remember whenever the first one came out and was skeptical but glad I went to watch it. Very underrated.

So. Are we gonna call a truce, a behavioral interruptus of sorts, since there may be kinder, gentler visitors as the season draws near?

Rhetorical question.
This is place like Mean Girls. You ought to be honored to be invited to the cool kids group.
