I didnt fully appreciate them when I was young, but I’ve rewatched a lot of their games and you are certainly correct.

Not a big Irish fan, but man those Notre Dame squads were fun to watch!

Not a big Irish fan, but man those Notre Dame squads were fun to watch!
Stonebreaker, Brooks, Bettis, Mirer, Rocket Ismail…

Outside of Tennessee, FSU, Miami, Nebraska, Notre Dame, those were the teams you watched every Saturday.
