Most Cajun restaurants have it on the menu down here. Usually chopped in small bits then fried in seasoned batter.

I had cooked shark at a restaurant once on vaca in Florida. It was really good.
I wanted more of that days later it was so good.

First time I had shark was Wiakiki. There was an open air restaurant on the beach where you got to chose your cut. I agree. It was exceptional. Highly recommended for all who haven’t tried it.

Looks like the NCAA deliberately threw us under the bus, keeping their mouth shut and hoping they could support the crooked Bama's judge's order that Bama basketall would not have to forfeit the Tennessee game if they won. Of course, we beat that Bama arse.

But now, 2 days after the Tennessee game, the NCAA is treating Florida, TAMU, and Mizzou (Bama's next three opponents, completely differently.



Clearly they didn't care before our game. Who is surprised the NCAA is crooked and has a bias against us?

I ate some fried Gator bites at the Beach a few years ago, very good I would purchase it again... And no it doesn't taste like Chicken @MAD.
