As someone who enters subsations frequently, and designs them for a living.....this blows my mind. Where are my fellow engineers?

Tulane had the death penalty for points shaving probably thirty years ago.

I’m guessing the ringleaders went to mainly small programs to find players that maybe realized they weren’t going to make it professionally, so get what you can now.
