As we've learned...the hard way I might add...once the player gets that NIL money, their motivation wanes drastically. For many, they don't even bother going thru the motions anymore.

So Max Gilbert is the scapegoat for all of Tennessee issues on football field this season.. got it.. now lets not blame the defense or Joey *****ing in the bed vs Oklahoma and Vanderbilt...

Btw: Max should've never been in that situation to beat Georgia, we had a 14 point lead in 4th quarter and choked it away.

Where did I make him a scapegoat lol? Kicking sucked. Defense sucked even harder. Stupid turnovers were the suckiest. All the players that contributed to the suckage need to be replaced. But the fact of the matter is, if you don’t have a reliable kicker then you are going to lose games you should win.
